We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team at Visage Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Information Security Management Program that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and reporting information security risks related to our compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a risk-based process for vendor risk management, including assessments and treatments for risks associated with partners, consultants, and other service providers.
- Maintain effective relationships with our business stakeholders and ensure strong communication within the business area and the business itself regarding information security.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure security assessments are compliant with relevant standards.
- Respond to security incidents, including data breaches, by identifying causes and initiating corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security Management, with a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certificate.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of network security, IT regulatory compliance implementation, and security protocols.
- Ability to lead the function of the executive team, with strong communication and negotiation skills, project management, business acumen, and strategic focus.
