About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Game Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging game content that meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with level designers: Work closely with the level design team to create new and exciting game content.
  • Pitch ideas and concepts: Develop and pitch engaging ideas or concepts to engage users in existing projects.
  • Tune levels based on analytics: Use data and analytics to inform level design decisions and optimize gameplay experience.
  • Design obstacles and features: Work with the design team to design and implement obstacles and game features that enhance the player experience.
Requirements:
  • Level design experience: At least 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Unity 3D skills: Experience working with Unity 3D is essential.
  • Platform experience: Experience developing games across multiple platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
  • Management and conflict resolution skills: Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scrum or Agile knowledge: Basic knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies is desirable.
  • Project management tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, GreenHopper, Confluence, and Excel is a plus.
