Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the financial operations of our organization.
This role combines executive administrative support with critical accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable management.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner who ensures the timely and accurate execution of financial workflows.
- Perform administrative tasks: coordinate travel, licensing, and research; provide general administrative support and project coordination.
- Manage financial records: track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments; maintain accurate expense reports and prepare basic financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience working with international teams or offshore environments is a plus.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Strong English fluency (spoken and written).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
