As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, creating compelling digital promotions
  • Produce high-quality short-form videos, reels, and marketing content using Adobe Illustrator and other creative tools
  • Plan, schedule, and engage on multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Manage project workflows, research tasks, and ensure seamless communication across teams
  • Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing graphics and written content aligned with our brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software, project management tools, and social media schedulers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently
