As a Senior Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects. This involves creating, auditing, and transmitting invoices via various channels. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt payment upon delivery of the invoice.

The ideal candidate will possess an accounting or business degree, with 3-5 years of experience in a billing role. They should be proficient in SAP, MS Axapta, CRM, and MS Office, as well as have strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to efficiently manage customer information and company data related to online portals and ERP customer account setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects

Requirements:
