At BONAFIDE TRAINOLOGY PLACEMENT SERVICES, we are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Senior Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop equipment for industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical engineers to design and develop PLC programming and major program modifications.
  • Design and fabricate at least two machine designs, ensuring high-quality and efficient production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance operations.
  • Proven experience in machine development, mechanical and electrical design, and PLC programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
