Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ICareerup, Inc. in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, supervise technicians, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of facility technicians, ensuring they operate and monitor equipment efficiently.
  • Interpret information from Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor facility performance.
  • Manage a service and repair team to coordinate ad-hoc works and oversee proper maintenance and repair activities.
  • Obtain quotations from contractors for outsourced maintenance or other works as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, or Mechatronics) or related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience beneficial but not required.
  • Strong initiative and ability to take on responsibilities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work with higher-positioned colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and relocate within FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas if required.
Estimated Salary: ₱35,000 - ₱50,000 per monthWhy Join Us?
