Key Accountabilities
  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement Transformation Change Management strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Change Adoption and Monitoring: Support business units during transition, tracking change adoption and making adjustments as necessary to meet transformation objectives.
  3. Change Management Planning and Execution: Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and coaching initiatives, to ensure successful organizational change.
  4. OKR Target Alignment: Ensure that Organization OKR Targets are met, and transformation initiatives do not negatively impact progress toward these targets.
  5. Risk Management and Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Change Managers to identify and address potential risks and issues related to Change Management, while working to facilitate resolution.

We seek candidates with a strong background in Process Improvement or Change Management, experience with ADKAR or Prosci methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
