Marketing Junior Executive

The Marketing Junior Executive plays a crucial role in fostering market awareness and interest for the company and its franchised brands. This position is responsible for building brand equity, increasing sales for products and services, and enhancing the overall marketing strategy.

As a representative of the company, this individual will participate in an individual development program that includes attending workshops, training programs, and seminars to gain the necessary knowledge and skills required to succeed in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns and promotional materials to engage with the target audience.
  • Create compelling company literature, including brochures, pamphlets, and other communication materials.
  • Implement, coordinate, and monitor promotional and seasonal campaigns to maximize their impact.
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence to effectively reach the target audience.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company website to ensure it remains informative and engaging.
  • Assist in developing a pool of customer prospects by identifying potential leads and nurturing relationships.
  • Conduct thorough research on market potential and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct account research on key accounts to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in individual development activities, including workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance personal growth and career advancement.

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus, with a genuine interest in understanding client requirements and delivering exceptional service.
  • Good time-management and personal-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, design software (Photoshop or Canva), and presentation software.
Work Environment and Setup:

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least six times a month onsite work.

Willingness to work in Mandaluyong for onsite schedule is preferred.
