Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with clients, configure systems, and provide training to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with project managers to create project schedules, task lists, and timelines. You will also assist in developing project plans, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with technical sponsors on configuration and testing, guiding clients through the onboarding process, and maintaining accurate configuration settings for customers.
What We're Looking For- A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a related role
- Background and interest in B2B Enterprise SaaS Implementation and HR domain experience
