  • Prepare detailed reports in compliance with industry standards, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, zoning laws, and building codes to ensure accurate appraisals.
  • Communicate findings to clients, lenders, or legal representatives clearly and professionally.

Requirements

  • State certification or licensure as a Real Estate Appraiser is required.
  • Proven experience in real estate appraisal or related fields is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and research skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with appraisal tools and software, such as MLS, Argus, or CoStar, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy are necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of local real estate markets is an asset.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines is necessary.
