Security Recruitment Opportunity

This part-time role requires a motivated individual to help attract, hire, and retain top-quality security guards who align with values of professionalism, integrity, compassion, vigilance, flexibility, and ownership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts.
  • Assist candidates through the onboarding process, including background checks, licensing, and compliance with training regulations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous recruiting, HR, or staffing experience, minimum 2 years preferred (security industry experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
