Join a dynamic IT team as an IT Project Coordinator, overseeing multiple software development projects and ensuring smooth collaboration with developers.

Job Overview

This role involves managing at least two IT/software development projects, translating business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities, and collaborating with developers to track progress and resolve blockers.

  • Manage multiple IT/software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion of milestones, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to align priorities, track progress, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project boards to reflect accurate progress and reporting.
  • Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Prepare and refine business documentation, reports, and client presentations.
  • Provide light executive assistant support, including calendar and email management with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping support, including bank reconciliations and timely pay runs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects.
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
