Marketing Coordinator Job Description

This role involves supporting the operations team in managing and maintaining a large portfolio of online business profiles and social media accounts. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key part in reviewing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of over 200 Facebook and Google listings, along with maintaining internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify & Go High Level
  • Perform campaign analytics and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
  • Support SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Update and modify websites, including working with HTML and light web coding as needed - Wordpress
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify
  • Assist with general tasks on Go High Level, SMS & large email marketing platforms

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with email correspondence, task follow-ups, and day-to-day admin activities. You will be required to maintain organized records, reports, and digital filing systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Experience in digital marketing with proven knowledge of Google platforms (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools
  • Competency in website editing and HTML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and all major Office tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued): Knowledge of SEO or SEM best practices, Graphic design or basic video editing for ad creations, Experience working with franchises or multi-location businesses
