**Job Title:** Consumer Engagement Specialist

Role Overview

This role involves being the primary point of contact for consumers across various digital platforms. As a consumer engagement specialist, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day tone of voice for multiple brands in response to consumer inquiries and comments received via email.

Main Responsibilities
  • Written Consumer Engagement: Respond promptly to consumer product/company concerns and inquiries, adhering to predefined best practices for consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the global consumer relations team on ad-hoc assignments to support other operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with consumers.

This role demands a strong interest in the consumer experience and a desire to champion our consumers, while adapting and differentiating between various brand voices/tones/personalities. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who can prioritize work, is detail-oriented, and a great team player and communicator.
