About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Call Center Team Leader to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to analyze performance data, and a proven track record of driving results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing call center leadership services to oversee and guide appointment-setting activities, delivering coaching, performance feedback, and process improvement recommendations to enhance team outcomes, and monitoring appointment-setting results and reporting on agreed-upon performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage call center teams to achieve high-performance targets.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team outcomes.
  • Deliver coaching, performance feedback, and process improvement recommendations to drive results.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointment-setting results and report on agreed-upon performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in call center leadership (appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM and call center software.
