Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to our team, including transcription, scheduling, and report preparation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and team members
• Prepare and manage virtual files to ensure organized and easily accessible information
• Manage email correspondence and calendar organization
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in email management, calendar organization, and time management
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to multitask effectively
