Job Description:

At INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, we seek an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role involves the procurement of products and services for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Research: Conduct thorough research on potential suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and reliability standards.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, securing the best prices and terms for our organization.
  • Order Management: Place orders with suppliers and vendors, accurately tracking delivery progress and invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assessing the need for additional purchases and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure storage requirements are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all orders, payments, and received stock, facilitating cost analysis reports.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a professional driver's license and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also be highly organized, able to multitask, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
