Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our team. This role will involve creating engaging content that drives measurable outcomes across various paid platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with design teams to brief and request assets for campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive conversions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Key Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
