Job Title:

Product Improvement Specialist

This is a mid-senior level full-time role that requires collaboration with various stakeholders to identify system enhancements and resolve product-related escalations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial troubleshooting and follow up on product-related escalations from vendor operations.
  • Initiate Jira tickets to resolve bug fixes.
  • Ensure escalations are addressed and resolved within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
  • Participate in product meetings for feature enhancements.
  • Develop training materials to cascade updates to vendor operations on feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and launch functional requirements documentation (FRD) to trigger system improvements.
  • Maintain dashboards and create reports using Looker Studio.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are met, escalation handling and resolution are within SLA, and able to initiate FRDs for product and feature enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate of industrial engineering or IT-related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to create training decks.
  • Proficiency in creating reports using Looker Studio.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Training skills.
