Job Description

The IT Director - Strategic Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring that systems and processes meet the highest standards of efficiency, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leads divisional activities such as resource planning, personnel development, training, research, and policy review/improvement.
  2. Directs the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the division's employees, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in the banking industry and familiarity with the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) is highly preferred.
