Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide strategic support to our company's founder. As the primary gatekeeper, you will be responsible for managing communications with clients, team members, and industry partners.

Responsibilities
  • Inbox & Communications Management: Triage, respond, and manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners.
  • Strategic Calendar Management: Optimize the founder's dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and ensure preparedness and timeliness.
  • Project & Deal Flow Support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
  • Personal Support: Manage personal logistics to ensure the founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
