Senior DevOps Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Lead to drive the implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery. This key role will lead cross-functional teams in automating testing, build, and deployment processes across various environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive CI/CD strategies, integrating tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps to streamline software delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using Terraform or CloudFormation, promoting efficient infrastructure management.
  • Monitor and improve pipeline performance, reliability, and security, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for code integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing expertise to teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles, with a focus on CI/CD.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
