Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer


Location and Reporting
Job is remote from Asia, with normal day time hours. You will report to a Senior DevOps Engineer. Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, implement and support technological solutions.
  • Establish CI/CD pipeline for production deploys.
  • Develop and improve monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure as code configurations to set up cloud environments on AWS and Cloudflare.
  • Implement methodologies and procedures to ensure systems are resilient and can automatically recover from failure with minimal intervention.
  • Communicate effectively across relevant departments of the organisation.
What We Require

Key Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS, ideally including an Associate level certification in AWS.
  • Work experience in infrastructure, database and network administration for highly available and scalable applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration and Bash scripting.
  • Proven experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Serverless technologies.
  • Familiarity with web services, APIs, and RESTful architecture.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and distributed networks.
  • Experience with managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack of Grafana.
  • Development background – experience with Python, NodeJS, Nginx Configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
