Job Overview

This role is pivotal in driving success by analyzing and improving product features and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and analyze key metrics to prove existing product performance and customer success.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses through requests from stakeholders, including A/B tests and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to understand and communicate future growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, models for new products and businesses.
  • Align stakeholders on operational status surrounding product and business lines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Close attention to detail and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and independently.
