As a key member of the Digital Workplace Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and executing adoption programs to transform the way we work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand how other companies use industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication across JG Summit.
  • Determine adoption/usage baselines and design programs to improve them.
  • Deploy new features and execute incremental changes to enhance user experience.
  • Support end-users with inquiries and issues related to productivity tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools.
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption in medium to large enterprises.
  • Strong communication and ITIL foundation certification preferred.
