Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Staff member to join our team. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your strong communication skills (written and verbal) will enable you to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential in building relationships and resolving conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring. A college or university graduate in management, psychology, human resources, industrial relations administration, or a related field is preferred. Your computer literacy will also be beneficial in managing our HR systems and databases.
