Lead Data Operations Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead, Data Operations Specialist to spearhead our data infrastructure initiatives.

This role involves designing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining robust data systems to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tailored solutions to drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a Computer-related field, and expertise in SQL and Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms. Experience with cloud data platforms is highly desirable.

  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data operations processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor data platform performance and make recommendations for optimization to enhance data storage, retrieval, and processing.
