Job Overview

The role of Shift Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our sorting center.

  • Under your leadership, the team will oversee all inbound, sorting and outbound processes to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • You will be responsible for creating schedules, monitoring tasks and duties, and managing overall team performance and attendance.
  • A key aspect of this position is ensuring timely delivery and processing of shipments within agreed timelines.
  • You will notify relevant departments of any non-conformance or discrepancies found during the inspection process.
  • Additionally, you will prioritize transfers and ensure they are processed immediately upon arrival in the warehouse.

This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in process improvement, supervisory experience, and analytical skills to drive success.

We seek an individual with a strong educational background in Industrial Engineering, preferably with 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing. Your ability to manage direct and agency employees, as well as proficiency in MS and Google Applications, is highly valued.
