Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Australian-based users, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Calls: Respond to inbound calls within an acceptable time frame and resolve inquiries efficiently, addressing the core problem to provide a solution.
  • Ticket Management: Manage a queue of tickets with competing priorities, and triage or action tickets via outbound calls, emails, or chats.
  • Escalation: Escalate tickets with all relevant information to the appropriate internal team or 3rd party partner.
  • Customer Updates: Provide consistent and regular updates to customers on active issues as per SLA.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a customer support/service or help desk role; ideally in finance-related areas.
  • Lending Experience: Lending experience (consumer-facing or phone).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Technically minded and able to navigate new systems with ease.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a proactive, "Can Do" attitude.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and time management skills; proactive and able to work in an agile, cross-functional environment.
