Job Description
The Operations Administrative Officer is an entry-level position that requires a high-energy collaborator with exceptional passion for organizing and maintaining office records. This role involves assisting with client billing, report generation, and collaboration with HR on recruitment and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement operational policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
  2. Monitor and report on budget activities.
  3. Generate project billing and follow up on collections.
  4. Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.
  5. Coordinate with Finance and other teams on expense tracking and reconciliation.
  6. Support procurement processes.
  7. Organize and maintain contracts and documents.
  8. Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding.
  9. Provide administrative support to resources.
  10. Serve as liaison officer between UBX and clients.
  11. Facilitate coordination across teams and with clients.

Qualifications
  1. Graduate of Management or related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operations role.
  3. Proficient in using spreadsheets.
  4. Impressive planning and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
