Job Description:

Overview:

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Management Lead for Healthcare Services to join our team. As a key member of the Quality department, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, managing a team of SMEs, and driving process excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of 5-10 SMEs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  2. Develop and implement quality improvement plans, leveraging data-driven insights.
  3. Prioritize projects to maximize impact, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Enhance cross-functional expertise within the team, upgrading their skills and knowledge.
  6. Identify and implement tools and methodologies to upgrade team competency.
  7. Collaborate with training teams to redesign online and entry-level training modules.
  8. Represent Quality during client calls, as needed.
  9. Drive performance management initiatives for the Quality function.
  10. Establish visual display systems for team performance on the floor.
  11. Foster a Six Sigma culture across the location.
  12. Serve as the single point of contact for all quality-related activities.
