Job Overview

The Account Technology Lead is responsible for driving the strategic and operational performance of technology services on a client account, encompassing technology support and innovation. This role involves maintaining alignment with client requirements and corporate operating standards, as well as providing guidance and feedback to team members.

This position provides executive-level technical guidance for account team members and reviews project information to ensure technology delivery teams meet schedules and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic and technical guidance to team members and reviews project information to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Leverages expertise to lead, manage, and develop the Client Technology team to execute the account strategy, program, and operating model with an integrated platform approach.
  • Conducts technology operational oversight of client technology applications, communications, reporting, and key metrics, ensuring alignment with client requirements and corporate standards.
  • Serves as the primary technology contact for the client and account, managing communications for security & compliance activities with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred in MIS, Business Intelligence, MBA, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Real Estate applications, including Corrigo, Oracle E1, Yardi Systems, Clarizen/Procore, Costar REM, and BI applications, such as MS Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience managing enterprise-grade windows and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL Server, as well as other web-based technologies, like JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services.
  • Extensive experience managing customer expectations and communicating with senior and executive management, including strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and transformation of large development projects from traditional waterfall to agile approaches.
