As a Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the execution of in-app campaigns through the creation of campaign wireframes, project follow-through, and coordination across different departments.

The successful candidate will ensure quality work and a smooth consumer experience to help meet key business objectives. This includes independently leading the execution of assigned campaigns, coordinating with various teams on relevant requirements and timelines, and proposing initiatives for optimizations of campaigns and internal processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of in-app campaigns, including creating campaign wireframes and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets, such as microsites, banners, and push notifications.
  • Analyze post-campaign results and provide actionable insights for future campaign improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of work experience in a Marketing role, preferably in e-commerce, telco, or FMCG.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ownership and passion for assigned tasks.
