Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all clients with a smile, using standard greeting protocols to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver basic frontline tellering functions, including acceptance/receipts and payments, while adhering to strict regulations and policies.
  • Verify the identity of clients transacting at the counter, exercising special caution when processing withdrawals or transactions on behalf of representatives.
  • Manage cash requirements by preparing requisitions and transferring funds to the vault as needed, ensuring all transactions are supported by validated and approved documentation.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Marketing.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals specializing in banking, financial services, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment:

  • Assignment will be based at the Sta. Rosa Branch.
