Job Description

The role of Senior Analyst, Usage Analytics is a key position in the Customer & Growth Organization. This team is responsible for driving performance growth and optimization across various functions.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be working with cross-functional teams to develop usage analytics solutions that provide insights into customer behavior and preferences.

Key responsibilities include analyzing product usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable recommendations.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining usage analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with senior management and other stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced DAX language.
  • Expertise in at least one or preferably two programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, data schemas, and data query optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
