Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation
  1. Assist with writing and editing marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, and landing pages.
  2. Produce simple visual assets using design tools such as Canva and CapCut.
Social Media Management
  1. Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms.
  2. Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics.
Email Marketing Campaigns
  1. Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  2. Manage contact lists and optimise email performance through A/B testing and reporting.
Website Updates
  1. Make basic content updates to websites via CMS.
  2. Coordinate with developers for more complex changes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  1. Compile performance data from various platforms.
  2. Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
CRM Management
  1. Maintain and update CRM data.
  2. Support lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and eager to develop in a hands-on role.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
