Experienced Accounting Professional

This role involves providing financial support to a dynamic organization. As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Support:
- Provide daily accounting and administrative assistance to the finance team
- Assist with monthly management reports, including analysis and commentary
- Support offshore team with supplier invoice processing and reconciliations
- Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register
- Assist with journal entries to ensure financial record accuracy
- Prepare and journal weekly payroll
- Month-End and Year-End Support:
- Assist offshore team in month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare supporting reconciliations and documentation
- Assist in producing management accounts for the leadership team
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Help prepare clear, concise, and meaningful financial reports to support decision-making
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the finance inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Handle supplier setup and process local invoice payments
- Process sales reimbursements and company expense claims
- Maintain vehicle compliance requirements
- Update daily cashbooks to ensure accurate cash flow records
- Ad Hoc Support:
- Provide additional assistance on finance projects and other administrative tasks as required
- 5+ years of solid accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple entities
- Comfortable operating in a global environment with different currencies and time zones
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); prior global exposure valued
- Team management and leadership experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with NetSuite is ideal
- Proficiency in payroll processing and awareness of current AI/automation trends in finance
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A valid CPA license is a plus
