Technical Documentation Specialist

Our company is a global cloud-based SaaS communications platform for businesses and developers that enables companies of all shapes and sizes to effectively communicate with their customers and staff via multiple channels.

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and publish user-friendly documentation to support our Communications API and Design System.

  • Engage with developers across multiple domains of expertise to gain a deep understanding of the API and supporting products.
  • Collaborate with the developer community to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Own and manage API documentation, ensuring it follows a consistent, well-structured format and meets customer expectations.
  • Write user-friendly content that transforms complex, technical information into something accessible, engaging, and delightful.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Present insights and data clearly and concisely.
  2. Excellent verbal, written, and grammatical communication skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Experience using APIs or writing content for API documentation.
  5. Prior development experience in any front-end or back-end languages.
