Proctor Seasonal Role

The Global Proctor Program seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Associate to support new hire classes in a proctor capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Trainers through Classroom Management by monitoring classroom activity, checking on agents' behavior, and assisting new hires with technical concerns.
  • Collaborate with Trainers to ensure all new hire classes are on the same page during facilitation and activities.
  • Minimize interruptions during class by muting agents who are off mute and addressing unnecessary background noises.
  • Complete DEJ updates throughout the day as assigned by the trainer.
  • Coordinate HR/IT/OPs interactions with agents, classroom visitors, and activity setup.
  • Login testing, attendance checking, and verifying new hire class identity through camera.
  • Provide feedback to the trainer on class level of engagement and group dynamics.
Off Class Duties:
  • Proctors not in class are expected to take phone calls until a class is assigned.
  • Proctors may attend trainings as a Leadership Developmental when not in class.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using personal computers.
  • Excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with trainers.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
