Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Specialist to join our team at Asticom Technology Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accounts in SAP REFX, ensuring end-to-end validation and processing of invoices/bills, modifying/executing updates in the system, terminating accounts, and coordinating bill irregularities with Service Providers and Field Officers.

You will also be responsible for processing RFPs and attaching invoices for auto-routing, preparing Memo Apps for RFPs above 2M, encoding check/payment advice details, and scanning OR details. Additionally, you will send payment advices and BIR2307 to coop/SPs, reconcile accounts payable, provide a copy of the latest billings upon request by FO, and follow up on monthly billings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain accounts in SAP REFX.
  2. End-to-end validation and processing of invoices/bills.
  3. Modify/execute updates in the system.
  4. Terminate accounts and coordinate bill irregularities.
  5. Process RFPs and attach invoices for auto-routing.
  6. Prepare Memo App for RFPs above 2M.
