AI Video Creator Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Video Creator to join our team. As a key member of the company, you will play a crucial role in implementing AI solutions and automating workflows.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI automation projects using tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, and Airtable.
  • Analyze data and optimize AI workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Create engaging TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated UGC content.
  • Conduct market research and summarize key findings to inform business decisions.
  • Run usability tests and create website mockups when needed to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and manage AI agents for business automation, driving productivity and growth.

Requirements:
  • A problem-solver with strong adaptability and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Skilled at working in fast-paced startup environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills, with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, and Airtable, as well as basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content, with familiarity with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
