  • Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and manage your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without needing hand-holding or frequent check-ins.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with the executive team and provide updates when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience with professional video-editing software such as CapCut Pro.
  • Experience with other AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • An autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
