Job Title: Enterprise Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Planning Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of Anaplan models. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in connected planning solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires strong technical skills, including architecture, data integration, and model optimization. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required, along with 3–5+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-performance Anaplan models.
• Optimize existing models for performance and scalability.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Align solutions with strategic objectives, focusing on supply chain and finance.

Implementation and Integration:

• Lead end-to-end model builds and data integrations.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data flows between Anaplan and other systems.

Training and Support:

• Train end-users and junior model builders.
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for Anaplan applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and implementation.
• Experience in financial planning use cases (e.g., revenue, COGS, OPEX, headcount, CapEx).
