Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs for the APAC region to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages for APAC countries.
- Benchmark our compensation and benefits packages against industry and best practices.
- Provide data gathering, analysis, reporting, and auditing in support of all various Total Rewards projects.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure effective implementation of compensation reviews.
- Monitor usage and cost of various benefits and recognition programs.
- Support annual compensation planning process for merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
- Stay informed about legislation changes that could impact total reward policies and programs.
- Document internal processes and procedures to support consistency, process improvement, and simplicity.
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of work produced by the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- CCP or GRP certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years' relevant Total Rewards experience in a multi-national organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency and advanced Excel skills required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations.
