Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs for the APAC region to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages for APAC countries.
  • Benchmark our compensation and benefits packages against industry and best practices.
  • Provide data gathering, analysis, reporting, and auditing in support of all various Total Rewards projects.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure effective implementation of compensation reviews.
  • Monitor usage and cost of various benefits and recognition programs.
  • Support annual compensation planning process for merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
  • Stay informed about legislation changes that could impact total reward policies and programs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures to support consistency, process improvement, and simplicity.
  • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of work produced by the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • CCP or GRP certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years' relevant Total Rewards experience in a multi-national organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations.
