About the Role
As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service to clients and financial advisors and building customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will consistently meet quality standards to ensure a positive client experience and achieve productivity targets to enhance team service levels.
Key responsibilities include providing prompt and effective resolutions to a variety of customer inquiries, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with both customers and colleagues, aiming to resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible, transforming challenging scenarios into positive service experiences, enhancing Manulife's reputation in the marketplace, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a team environment while independently resolving issues accurately.
