Job Description

The Microgrid Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our microgrid systems across the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in selling complex energy solutions to large commercial, industrial, and governmental clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our microgrid solutions across the Philippine market.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in key sectors, including commercial, industrial, and governmental industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
  • P present and demonstrate the technical and financial benefits of microgrid systems, particularly in enhancing energy security, reducing costs, and integrating renewable energy.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends, government policies (e.g., Renewable Energy Act, green energy options), and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on renewable energy, power systems, or microgrid solutions.
  • Strong understanding of microgrid technology, renewable energy policies in the Philippines, and energy storage systems.
  • Proven track record of closing complex sales deals and managing large-scale projects within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of local energy regulations and incentive programs (e.g., FIT, RPS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Filipino languages is a plus.
