Job Overview

As a Contract Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients during a key phase of business transformation.

This project-based opportunity requires strong attention to detail, contract analysis skills, and experience working with multiple systems, including Salesforce and billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input contract terms, pricing, and billing schedules into the system while verifying accuracy.
  • Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure alignment with agreed-upon rates.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details and billing records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience handling contracts, billings, and invoicing, preferably for a US SaaS company.
  • Must be able to read customer contracts and pull key billings & revenue data from contracts.
  • A quick learner of systems.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce and any type of billing platform (e.g. Quickbooks, Xero).
  • Detail-oriented with ability to interpret contracts and extract key data.
