Our marketing team is looking for a results-driven marketer to lead our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program. You'll oversee our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and building partnerships with influencers and experts.

This is a full-time contract position structured as a monthly retainer. It's an opportunity for someone who's eager to take ownership of a mission-driven brand's organic presence and grow into a full-time hire as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our audience, including short-form video and original graphics.
  • Manage our content calendar, ensuring that all content is on-brand and aligned with our marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with our audience, respond to comments and mentions, and build relationships with influencers and experts.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and adjust our strategy accordingly.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior.
