Job Summary
This role requires an experienced construction management professional to lead the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) in achieving Full Acceptance status for residential units at SMDC. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating with external stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with external construction management and contractor representatives
• Provide assistance to the Project Management Senior Manager in documentary close-out processes
• Conduct site inspections and walk-throughs as required
• Implement and monitor health and safety objectives, targets, and programs
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and legal laws and requirements

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, valid PRC license, and at least 3 years of experience in construction management are mandatory. Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and intermediate proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are desired.
